Our privacy notice provides information on how your personal data is processed when you visit our website.

When you visit our website, your connection data is processed in order to display and deliver the site. Data collected for the sole purpose of displaying and delivering the website is not stored beyond the length of your visit.

This processing takes place on the legal basis of our legitimate interest (strict technical necessity to display and deliver the service, i.e. our website, that you have explicitly selected by visiting our website) as per Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR.

Contact form

On our website, you can contact us directly using the contact form. Once the contact form has been sent, the data you entered is processed by the controller in order to respond to your request on the basis of the consent you provided by sending the form as per Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR until the corresponding consent is withdrawn.
You are not legally or contractually required to provide personal data. However, failure to provide personal data will mean that you won’t be able to send your query and we won’t be able to process it.

Google transfers your personal data to servers located in the U.S. The transfer of your data to the U.S. takes place on the basis of your consent as per Art. 49(1) lit. a and Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR in conjunction with Section 25 of the Austrian Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act [TTDSG]. Before providing your consent, you will be informed that the U.S. does not offer a level of data protection in line with EU standards. Notably, the U.S. security services may be able to access your data without being required to first notify you and you will not be able to take any legal action against this processing. The European Court of Justice has since declared the former Privacy Shield adequacy decision to be invalid on these grounds.

We process connection data and browser data with our processor Google FontsGoogle Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland in order to deliver the fonts required by your browser to display the website. This data is only processed to select and transfer fonts for the required duration.

This processing takes place on the legal basis of our legitimate interest (strict technical necessity to display and deliver the service, i.e. our website, that you have explicitly selected by visiting our website) as per Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR.

If you provide your consent, we will process your personal data with the service Google MapsGoogle LLC, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, U.S. as joint controllers in order to display interactive maps on our website.

We enable the service to collect connection data, browser data and to set marketing cookies. Placing marketing cookies allows Google to create a unique user ID for each user. Personal data suitable for creating this unique ID is accordingly processed within the ad network run by Google.
